He not only demonstrated deep expertise but also provided a fair, transparent estimate for parts and labor. On the day of service, the facility was clean and well-maintained. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and Eric clearly walked me through the process from start to finish. Because the timing belt replacement would take several hours, they arranged transport for me. When the work was complete, Eric reviewed everything that had been done, pointed out additional maintenance items, and offered thoughtful recommendations (all needed). He was professional, proactive, and genuine. The front end of my Chevy 2500HD needed to be rebuilt. I provided beefy after market parts for longevity. The service dept. was super friendly and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The mechanics did an excellent job of installing my components and cannot give them enough praise. I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Warranty can't be beat. Engine and transmission for a lifetime is very nice. Gives me peace of mind with my new mirage that's just strictly for long travels for work. Customer service was great and didn't try to up sell anything. I highly recommend for anyone wanting peace of mind with a vehicle.
